For my current taste, this cd did come off as a little too emo (especially the lyrics). however, i can appreciate most of the tracks on a completely non-emo level. strip away the vocals and the lyrics and you'll...more.

The single, Back to Our Roots is amazing and so beautiful. The CD as a whole seems to be an improvement and is great the whole way through. One of the top bands out there right now.
